As a fourth-generation Floridian, Robbie Shoemaker has always called Sumter County home. He began his career in 2005 and witnessed the highs and lows of Real Estate, yet, learned how to thrive in either economy. He has successfully brokered residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land, bank-owned, and short sales, as well as, managed residential and commercial leases. He specializes in land development with a concentration on commercial, industrial, and residential rezoning & entitlements. He serves The Villages and surrounding areas, including, Lake, Marion, & Citrus counties. Personally, he’s a loving husband, father of two wonderful children, an avid golfer, and an associate pastor at his local church.
